Service in Rotary :

During the year 2002-03, He started his rotary journey by Joining with Rotary Club of Komarapalayam. From there on, he served as various vital rolls in Club Level, Zone level and District Level. They are,

• Assistant Governor in 2015 – 16
• District Chairman for Rotary Foundation in 2016 – 19
• District Chairman for District Grants in 2019 – 20
• District General Secretary in 2019 – 20
• District Chairman for Service Project in 2020 – 21
• District Chairman for District Stewardship Committee in 2020 – 21
• District Chairman for Club Administration in 2021 – 22
• District Chairman for Rotary Leadership Institute in 2019 – 22
• District Conference Promotion Chairman for “SARAVANA POIGAI” in 2022 – 23
• Elected to serve as a District Governor for the Rotary International District 2982 during the year 2025 - 26.
• Also he is serving as Secretary for ‘Jeevan Mukthi’ Komarapalayam Municipality Gasifier Crematorium ongoing Project from 2014.

Achievements & Contributions :

• Recipient of Best Secretary award during the year 2004 – 05.
• Recipient of Best President award during the year 2012 – 13.
• Major Donor Level 1 Contributor and Sustainable Rotary Foundation Contributor.
• While serving as DRFC, mobilised USD 1,53,500/- during the year 2017-18 and mobilised USD 1,26,000/- during the year 2018-19 to the Rotary Foundation. Taken up full effort to brought back district 2982 to QUALIFY from suspended state to pursuing district and global grants during the year 2017-18 as a DRFC.
• In 2019 - 20, As a Grant Chairman assist to get through Rs. 4,52,00,000/- worth of various projects throughout the districts including Covid materials and Dialysis Units in Hosur and Namakkal.
• In 2020 - 21, as a Chairman of the project, constructed MATERNITY WARD worth of Rs. 10,00,000/- at Komarapalayam Govt. Hospital for the celebration of 25th year Silver Jubilee year of RC of Komarapalayam.
• Being a Secretary of Gasifier Crematorium and Chairman of the project, has constructed Rs. 30 Lakhs worth of “Thiyana Mandapam” at “Jeevan Mukthi” premises jointly with Komarapalayam Municipality under Namakku Namea scheme.

Educational Qualification :

• 1996 Completed Diploma in Computer Technology with Distinction
• 1999 Completed B.E in Computer Science & Engineering in Madras University
• 2000 Completed M.E in Computer Science & Engineering in Bharathiyar University
• Now 2023 completed M.B.A. in Anna University

Work & Professional Experience :

• 10+ Years of experience in the field of IT industry and 4 Years in the field of Educational sector. While doing ME itself, got an job offer in IT industry with US based company iApex Inc. and has deputed to work in Nepal in 1999 - 2001.
• He has worked as software Consultant, Senior Software Engineer, Manger in various companies such as Central Provident Fund Board of Singapore, Singapore Press Holdings & Sony Electronics in Singapore between 2005 - 2011.
• In between worked as Head of the Department and Professor in the Department of CSE in SSM College of Engineering and Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE in IRTT between 2001 and 2005.
• Currently running his own business in the field of Textiles and Spinning Industry and Importing Various Textile Spinning Machineries in the name of

M/s. AA Traders * M/s. Sree Kandhavel Textiles

And also recently he has started a new venture - An exclusive Premium Play & Pre School - Uniquez Kids at Komarapalayam.
